Licensed Plumbers

Pay Range: $80,000 – $125,000

$7,500 Sign-On Bonus for Licensed Plumbers Louisville Only

Dauenhauer Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling, is looking for a best-in-class Service Plumber in the local market to join our Plumbing Service team! This position works Monday through Friday with rotating weekends as needed. Our Licensed Service Plumbers are provided with take-home vehicles stocked with company-provided tools, parts, & paid uniforms. Dauenhauer also provides free CEUs, and technicians receive a company-issued cell phone and tablet.

Responsibilities

• Complete plumbing, drain cleaning, and other related in-home, service calls.
• Know how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
• Work alongside customer service representatives and dispatch team members to ensure the overall success of the business.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and retreats.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installation time.

HVAC Technician

Pay Range: Up to 32 an Hour

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Dauenhauer Plumbing, Heating, and Air is looking for top notch Licensed HVAC Service Technicians to deliver the most efficient, professional quality customer experiences in residential and commercial HVAC repair. As a HVAC technician, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team of professionals to demonstrate technical competency and ensure desired sales metrics. You will diagnose and repair HVAC issues and lead customers to informed buying decisions. Complete HVAC repairs, maintenances, installations and other related in-home, service calls for both commercial and residential customers. Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical and electrical components of these systems.

Our History

Dauenhauer Plumbing Heating & Air was founded in 1958 by Raymond C. Dauenhauer Sr., serving the Louisville, Kentucky area.In 1964, Ray Dauenhauer Jr. joined the business and established the current company.
