The service man was nice - tested several things to make sure what the problem was. He had to fix something in his tools before he could perform the service of opening my drain. Very professional and personable.

He came in the morning to preview installation requirements. Came back with the unit, drained old heater, adjusted the footing where unit was to be installed. Very little involvement was required by me.

4 pin hole leaks in our cold water pipe. Came out the next day, was very Professional.

Repaired a leaking lines in crawl space. Changed out a water line to an outside faucet.
